• Buyer (or Renter): The individual or entity interested in purchasing or renting a property listed on the Website.
• Authorized Agent: An individual or entity formally appointed by a Property Owner to list, manage, negotiate, and/or execute agreements for a property on the Owner's behalf.

3. Property Listing and Content

Eligibility and Approval

Only the Property Owner or an Authorized Agent may list properties. All listings are subject to review and final approval by Odiliya Homes. We reserve the right to reject any listing without providing a reason.

Accuracy of Information

The Property Owner is solely responsible for ensuring that all property information, descriptions, photos, and related content are accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false or incomplete information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate removal of the listing and termination of your account.

Content License

By submitting a listing, the Property Owner grants Odiliya Homes a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the content (text, images, etc.) across the Website and any related promotional materials.

Listing Fees

Odiliya Homes may charge a fee for listing properties. Any applicable fee structure will be clearly communicated and must be agreed upon by the Property Owner at the time of listing.

4. Limitation of Liability and Transaction Disclaimer

No Warranty on Listings

Odiliya Homes does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or legal status of any property listing. The Website merely acts as a platform to connect Users.

User Due Diligence

Buyers and Renters are solely responsible for conducting their own independent investigation, due diligence, and legal verification of any property they are interested in. This includes verifying ownership, legal titles, measurements, and physical condition.

Direct Transactions

All agreements, negotiations, and final transactions (including purchase, sale, rent, and payment) are conducted directly and exclusively between the Property Owner and the Buyer/Renter. Odiliya Homes is not a party to any transaction and holds no liability for any dispute arising between the Users involved.

Payment Responsibility

Odiliya Homes is not involved in any payment processing related to the sale or rental of properties listed on the Website. Users must agree upon and handle all financial terms and payments independently.

5. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities

Compliance with Laws

All Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations while using the Website.

Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any activity that could harm the Website, its data, or other Users. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Hacking, data mining, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its server.
